Counselling for adults on a short and long term basis including individuals, couples, telephone and Skype. After an initial assessment session, goals and hopes are discussed along with regularity and number of sessions required. When couples seek help in their relationship, this does not necessarily mean the relationship is failing, but could be an indication of the importance of that relationship and the desire to find new ways of relating and communicating. Couples Counselling involves both partners attending the sessions together, however individual sessions may also be arranged so long as both partners are in agreement to this.
